Valentin, also known as Virtual Riot, lives in a small village in Germany and started to produce music about five years ago. The influence of his family started him out in music with progressive metal bands like Dream Theater and Pain of Salvation. Later on, his brother introduced Enter Shikari to him, and from there it was just a small step to his now favorite genre of electronic music: Dubstep. He started producing with a small Midi-Keyboard and not a single bit of knowledge, but now after five years he is a knob twisting, fader pushing, neighbor annoying machine, making a habit of producing every day. He became experienced with the help of online tutorials, literature, forum communities and the help of his brother, who has studied music production.
